(01) Almonds
Made with almonds cultivated and harvested in the valleys of California. Almond Protein is manufactured by taking a whole California almonds and defatting them by first extracting the oil. This creates cold pressed virgin almond oil. The defatted almond pellets are then micronized down into a fine powder creating an almond protein concentrate.
(02) Coconut Nectar
For our sweetener, we leverage the nectar from the flower blossom of the coconut palm tree which is evaporated in a powder. This product does not come from the coconut fruit and is therefore not an allergen. It has a low glycemic index of 35 and can replace traditional sugars at a 1 1:1 ratio.
