What's the minimum order?
First order is a 12-bag case minimum across any combination of flavors. Reorders have no minimum — order what you need, when you need it.
How fast do orders ship?
Approved retailers see same-week dispatch from our Vancouver warehouse — typically within 48 hours of order confirmation.
What's the wholesale margin?
Approved accounts get 30% off MSRP, applied automatically once you sign in to the retailer portal. Volume tiers unlock at 100+ bags per month.
How do payments work?
First three orders are paid up front (credit card on the Shopify checkout). After a clean payment history we can move you to NET-15 with an invoice.
Can I get samples?
Yes — submit an application and mention "sample request" in the message. We'll send a sachet pack to your business address for evaluation.
